2. Services

BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC provides pedicab tours, multi-day travel packages, airport transfers, hotel reservations, and related tourism consulting services in New York City and across the United States.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, email, or phone.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed deposit payment.
• You must provide accurate personal information at the time of booking. BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing by BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC.
• Minimum age to book independently is 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking for pedicab tours and transfers. Multi-day packages may require a deposit with the balance due prior to departure.
• BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC does not store full credit card information. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the service without refund.
• Customers must follow all instructions given by tour guides and drivers for safety purposes.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) required for any travel.
• Any damage caused to vehicles, equipment, or property by a customer will be the financial responsibility of that customer.
• Customers must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC reserves the right to remove any customer from a tour without refund for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC operates in compliance with applicable New York State and federal transportation regulations. However:

• We are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during tours or transfers, except where caused by our proven negligence.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Third-party services (hotels, helicopter tours, museums, etc.) included in packages are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
• Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Health & Safety

Customers with medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs must inform us at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC reserves the right to decline service if participation poses a safety risk to the customer or others.

All pedicab tours and transportation services comply with New York City Department of Transportation regulations and applicable safety standards.

8. Privacy

BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable US privacy laws, including the New York SHIELD Act. Personal information collected during booking is used solely to provide and improve our services and will not be sold to third parties. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
