Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Pedicab Tours (Manhattan)

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund issued.
  • 12–24 hours before the tour: 50% refund issued.
  • Less than 12 hours before the tour: No refund. The booking is considered non-refundable.
  • No-show: No refund will be issued for no-shows without prior notice.

2.2 Multi-Day Tour Packages

  • More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package price.
  • 3–6 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package price.
  • Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund. The full amount is forfeited.

2.3 Transfer & Transportation Services

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund.
  • 24–48 hours before service: 50% refund.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund.

3. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Weather & Force Majeure

In the event that a tour or service is cancelled by BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, government-mandated restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), customers will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduling at no additional charge.

Mild weather conditions (light rain, wind) do not constitute grounds for cancellation by the company. Customers who choose to cancel due to weather forecasts will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above.

5. Rescheduling

Customers may reschedule their booking at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a cancellation and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Administrative and processing fees
  • Third-party tickets (museum entries, helicopter tours, etc.) once purchased
  • Hotel reservations that have been confirmed and paid to the hotel
  • Services already rendered or partially completed

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund was incorrectly denied, you may submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 30 days of the cancellation decision. BY SARAS TRANSPORTATION LLC will review all disputes and respond within 10 business days.
